Household Cleaning Checklist - Living Room
The living room is the first room of your house and the area which first makes the impression. 'First impression is the last impression', and I hope you don't want it to come true if your living room is in a mess and you have guests coming over. Just draw up a professional house cleaning list to avoid a mess of a blunder!

    Dust all the items in the living room with a dry cloth first.
    Now clean every item with a wet cloth, so that they regain the shine.
    Clean the ceiling fans and the switch board with cleaning agents.
    Vacuum the sofas and every nook and corners of the furniture.
    Wash the lampshades for brighter lights.
    Throw away the dead flowers and trim the house plants, if you have any.
    Picture frames should be dusted too.

Household Cleaning Checklist - Kitchen
The kitchen get dirty due to the grime that settles down due to oily cooking. The walls get blackened and a stale smell gets trapped in the room. Household cleaning checklist must have a special focus on the kitchen areas, as it needs to hygienic.

    Wash all the vessels, either in a dish washer or manually. Preferably wash them in lukewarm water.
    Clean the kitchen platform with water and cleaning agents.
    The cabinet doors and especially the handles have to wiped clean.
    Appliances need a wash too, every once in a while, so clean them too. Avoid using water directly. Use a damp cloth.
    Clean the window sills and oil marks on the glass.
    Empty the trash and wash the dustbin.
    Clear the dining table and clean the chairs too.
